Description: the olives from Carolea and nocellara harvested in November give life to this lightly fruity oil around which everyone’s tastes are satisfied.
Tasting notes: yellow dress with green hues, on the nose there are aromas that refer to yellow apple and almond. Soft and delicate to the taste.
Best with: ideal for traditional Mediterranean dishes.
